  • To create and manage your account (contract performance).
  • To provide lessons, AI Teacher Lou practice, progress tracking, and certificates (contract performance).
  • To prevent fraud and secure the Service (legitimate interests).
  • To improve the Service and fix bugs (legitimate interests).
  • To respond to your support requests (legitimate interests / contract).
  • To send service-related emails (contract). Marketing emails are only sent with your consent.

4. Who we share data with

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the Service.
  • AI providers that power the conversation practice and pronunciation feedback.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers
